Which devices are compatible with DigiGuide?

DigiGuide is compatible with iPhone, Android, tablets, or computers. 

What is required to host DigiGuide?

You will need your documentation (such as S1000D) and a server to host our tool. 

How do I download the DigiGuide app?

DigiGuide is available for download from the app store (on Apple Store or Google Play). Once downloaded you’ll be provided a unique QR code to set your desired application settings and configure your server location. Contact us to get started. 

What’s the difference between DigiGuide and using a PDF on my mobile device?

Digital PDFs for complex procedures are difficult to view and follow effectively. With DigiGuide, digital work instructions are formatted perfectly for mobile devices. It guides technicians through procedures, one step at a time while capturing data to confirm workers sign off on each step for accountability and to streamline workflows. Workers can also have instructions read to them.

Where is my data stored with DigiGuide?
