PEEK

Semi- crystalline. High- strength. High stiffness. High-heat resistance. Chemically resistant to aggressive environments and is suitable for sterilisation.

PEEK-CF

A high-performance thermoplastic, PolyEtherEtherKetone (PEEK), reinforced with Carbon-Fiber. Offering high stiffness and high-heat resistance.

PEEK-GF

A high-performance thermoplastic, PolyEtherEtherKetone (PEEK), reinforced with Glass-Fiber. High stiffness and high-heat resistance.

PEKK

A high-performance thermoplastic, PolyEtherKetoneKetone (PEKK) that has a highly stable chemical backbone. Outstanding combination of mechanical and thermal strength. Chemical and fire resistant.

PEI 9085

A flame-retardant high-performance thermoplastic, PolyEtherImide (PEI) blend product. High strength-to-weight ratio. High FST (Flame, Smoke and Toxicity) rating.

PEI 1010

A high-performance thermoplastic, PolyEtherImide (PEI), which offers excellent strength, thermal stability and the ability to withstand steam autoclaving. High-heat resistance. Chemical resistance. Tensile strength.

PPSU

Good impact resistance. Chemical resistance. Operates in temperatures up to 180ᵒC and has superior hydrolysis resistance compared to other amorphous thermoplastics and has virtually unlimited steam sterilizability.

PPS

Designed specifically for FFF 3D printing. Semi-crystalline, high-temperature engineering thermoplastic. Resistant to chemicals. Good mechanical strength. High-temperatures with low water absorption. Good dimensional stability and excellent electrical properties.

PC-PBT

Designed specifically for FFF 3D printing. Good heat resistance and toughness at low temperature (-20 ̊C/-30 ̊C), and also features good chemical resistance.

PC-FR

Could achieve V0 performance in the UL94 flame retardancy test and displays excellent toughness, strength and heat resistance.

PA 6/66

A nanoclay reinforced Nylon 6/6,6 co-polymer based 3D printing filament with improved dimensional stability and mechanical properties.

PA6-CF

PA12-CF

PPA-GF

ABS

ABS+

Designed for water soluble support solution with great adhesion with water soluble SP3030. Improves the printing success rate, and the dimensional stability.

ASA

Designed specifically for FFF 3D printing and is an alternative to ABS with an improved weather resistance. UV resistance and excellent mechanical properties make it the perfect choice for real life applications.

PLA

Excellent mechanical properties and printing quality and has a higher impact resistance than regular PLA, and better overall mechanical properties than ABS.

HIPS

SP3050

Support material designed for use with PA12 and PA12-CF model materials. Maintains rigidity during printing and is easy to remove at room temperature, which reduces the time required for post processing.

SP3030

Support Filament that is water dissolvable support 3D printing material, and offers great compatibility to INTAMSYS ABS+, PA6 and PA6-CF.

SP5080

Breakaway support material designed for use with PEI 1010 and PPSU materials. Good heat resistance and sticks well with model materials during printing, and is easy to manually remove after printing.

SP5040

Breakaway support material designed for use with PEI 9085 materials.

SP5010

Breakaway support filament designed for PPA-CF/GF. Good heat resistance. Sticks well with PPA-CF/GF during printing. Easy to manually remove after printing.

SP5000

Support filament designed for use with high-temperature model materials, like PEEK, PEEK-CF, PEEK-GF, PEKK, PEI 9085, PEI 1010, PPSU, etc. Maintains rigidity during printing and softens after immersed in ethyl acetate solvent.
