Why can’t I use third-party resins or custom materials on the Form 3/Form 3B?
Without the proper settings, third-party resins are likely to fail when being used in a Form 3/Form 3B printer.
Is there a warranty offered with the purchase of a printer?

How do I update my firmware?
To check the firmware version on your Formlabs device:
- Open PreForm and click File > Printers from the menu bar.
- Select a machine from the Printer List to display the firmware version.
- Select Update

What are the system requirements to run PreForm?
PreForm requires Windows 7 and higher or macOS (10.12) and higher.
Can I leave parts in the printer after they finish?
Yes, Formlabs SLA printers have an orange cover that blocks UV light, so you can leave parts in the printer with the cover closed to protect them.
