What will you specifically review during the Functional Group Assessment?
A Functional Group Assessment (FGA) focuses on all aspects of Creo and Windchill applications. We review how one or two of your power users are utilizing these tools. Typically this takes a few hours to a full day.
Will you still interview other people, or will it just be the over-the-shoulder sessions?
Yes. We can interview others to get a better idea of how they are utilizing the systems. This would take place during the typical one-hour interview sessions.
What if I only want to focus on one specific area with this assessment?
We offer a variety of assessments – each type can be tailored to cover what your organization needs specifically.
