EAC then defines a high-level roadmap and guidance on how to achieve those improvements.

When would I use a Value Stream Mapping focused PDSA?
We recommend a PDSA when a company is unable to pinpoint specific product development opportunities within its processes. Our approach is a business-focused VSM to help answer the questions of what specific opportunities exist and where to prioritize.
Can the VSM PDSA be done remote?
Yes, they can. Like the PDSA, we prefer completing these on-site. However, we have done these remote via web-based meetings and digital whiteboards that also work very well.
What areas can the assessment cover at our business?
We can assess your business processes end-to-end. We interview any stakeholders involved with product development, whether they contribute to or consume your product data.
What if I only want to focus on one specific area with this assessment?
We offer a variety of assessments – each type can be tailored to cover what your organization needs specifically. Are we required to buy from you once the assessment is complete?
